Parameter for Fiberglass Roofing Sheet:
1). Good light transmittance
Anli lighting sheet is tested by Guangdong Product Quality Supervision Test Center and Guangzhou Product Quality Supervision Test Centre: 60%-85% light transmittance rate.
FRP Sheet reflects direct lights, and makes it scattered and soft. Avoid direct sunlight and create a better working environment.
2). Intensity
AnLi Sheets have the high impact and bending strength, and it resists the impact from stone or hail. AnLi Sheets have the high strength / weight ratio, and it offers the ideal choice for many designs.
3). Physical property
AnLi Sheet is a thermosetting polymer composite material, and the applicable temperature is -40 °C -120 °C. The characteristics for it are as follows, without deformation under strict long-term work environment, no crisp under the cold, no softening under the heat, easy installation, and can be bent.
Anli sheet thermal conductivity is only 0.158w/m.k, and is 1/4 of flexible glass; therefore, insulation property of Anli sheet is very good.
Thermal expansion coefficient of Anli sheet is 2.2X10-5 mm / mm / °C, and it is similar with the steel thereof (1.5X10-5 mm / mm / °C). It avoids roof leaking as for thermal expansion and contraction in steel structured buildings.

4). Weather Resistance
AnLi Sheet covers with a good quality anti-aging polymer resin named filoplated, and the gel coat resin is combined with substrate compound key very well by AnLi unique manufacturing process to ensure that the average life of the sheet is 20 years. A UV absorber is added into a sheet; therefore, 90% of UV light can be filtered out in order to slow fading and degradation of the material.
5). Fire Retardation
Three levels for Anli sheet: Ordinary level, Grade I and Grade II. Grade Ⅰ oxygen index: 0I ≥ 32, grade Ⅱ oxygen index: 0I ≥ 26. They are in line with the requirements of the fire department.
6). Corrosion Resistance
AnLi Sheet can resist much harmful corrosive gas. This product can be safely used in the occasions of smoky mist, hydrocarbon, peroxide, carbonate, diluted aging materials and other occasions which contains acid or alkali, especially suitable for the sea or the air whose pollution is more serious.
The following table list indicates that the appearance performance of FRP in the solvent heated to 50°C for 10 days.

FRP Lighting Sheet Construction Notes:
FRP lighting sheet construction must comply with AS/N2S1562.3:1996. Please pay attention to the following items:
1). After laid, the place for lighting sheets should be reserved; construction starts from cornice, and then moves to the ridge gradually; lighting sheets directly buckle on the side of the peak of the steel.
2). The hole is drilled on the lighting sheet before fixed, a diameter of the hole must be 6 to 9mm larger than a diameter of the screw for heating or cooling.
3). When lighting sheets and steel sheets are lapped vertically, there is at least 200mm overlap, and two water stops must be sticked thereon.
4). A good flashing washer should be used between a screw and lighting sheets when fixed for waterproof and dustproof.
5). After a flashing washer set into a screw and a screw with a washer is locked into purlin, the fixed work is completed.
6). Stepping on the peak of the lighting sheets is prohibited when construction in order to avoid fragmentation; A 1200mm*300mm (length * width) flashing plank should be laid on a crosswise side of the lighting sheets; the fixed work must be carried out on a plank.
